Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User") and 698 ("Platform," "we") regarding your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 698. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and fully agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 698 platform. Continued use after any amendments published by us will be considered acceptance of the latest Terms.
The 698 platform is for entertainment only and intended for adult users in Malaysia. Use by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited, and any accounts found belonging to minors will be closed immediately without notice.

Account Creation & Security
To fully use 698 services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and valid verification method. Providing false or misleading information violates these Terms and may result in account termination.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities in your account, whether performed by you or others who gain access through your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please immediately contact 698 support at [email protected].
- Each user is allowed only one account. Having multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts.
- 698 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and request supporting documents if necessary for compliance purposes.

User Responsibilities and Regulations
Permitted Use
- Use the platform for legitimate personal entertainment purposes.
- Access games and services available through a registered account.
- Submit inquiries and get assistance through official support channels.
- Check match odds and sports statistics for informational purposes only.
Prohibited Usage
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activities through the platform.
- Using someone else’s account or sharing an account with a third party.
- Spreading false information or abusing the platform’s payment system.
- Taking any actions that could compromise the stability or security of the 698 system.
Any breach of the above usage rules entitles 698 to take immediate action including temporarily suspending or closing the user account involved, withholding or canceling related balances or winnings, and reporting the activity to relevant authorities if necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 698 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept various local payment methods commonly used in Malaysia including online banking via FPX, TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, and direct bank transfers.
Deposit
Minimum deposits and related requirements are specified in the user account section. All deposits are subject to verification, and 698 reserves the right to reject or hold suspicious deposits or those violating anti-money laundering policies. Successfully processed deposits cannot be cancelled except under conditions set by the administration team.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Processing time is between one to three business days depending on the payment method chosen. 698 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals exceeding certain limits. Any taxes or fees charged by banks or payment providers are the user’s responsibility.

All amounts are displayed and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 698 is not liable for any losses caused by foreign exchange rate fluctuations.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Platform Liability Limitations
The 698 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 698 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, data loss, or service interruptions.
698 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times. Regular maintenance and system updates may result in temporary unavailability of services.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 698 platform including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software are the exclusive property of 698 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reuse, distribution, or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Account Suspension and Closure
698 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the system.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification information.
- Use by persons under 18 years of age.
- Instructions from relevant authorities.
- Extended inactivity without any activity.
Users whose accounts are closed due to violations may forfeit any remaining balances. In cases of closure for other reasons, eligible balances will be returned according to 698's standard procedures.

The 698 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 698 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws
698 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of the current Terms.
Continued use of the 698 platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you should cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or use of the 698 platform shall first be resolved through discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the appropriate Malaysian court jurisdiction.
